"I was really disappointed with this State Farm agency. I signed up for car insurance online sometime last year. Few months into my policy, I noticed a significant change in my premium. I called, they told me I just needed to sign a document and that everything should be fine in my next billing cycle. My premium was never fixed. I would have to call every month and explain my situation before I could make a payment. At one point my premium was almost 3x what I was supposed to pay. I was told something different every time I called. One time they told me the extra charge was from accumulated late fees. Another time they told me I was behind on payments. I was never given a consistent answer nor did anyone go the extra mile to try to fix the problem. I finally decided enough was enough and I canceled my policy to go to another State Farm Agency. This whole experience was a headache."
